The Worthington Lodge
The company developed the historic Masonic Lodge in Worthington, Ohio. The property included the original Masonic Lodge constructed in 1820, the addition to the Lodge that was constructed in 1956 and residual land. The redevelopment plan included obtaining historic tax credits, for a gut renovation, and repurposing of spaces for mixed-use development including residential units, office, retail space, and subdivision of residential lots. New England Development Company has maintained its office in the 1956 building since project completion.
