Linworth Development
In 2019 the company started assembling land in the Linworth area. Linworth is a historic neighborhood that is located between the cities of Worthington and Dublin. Ultimately the property acquisitions resulted in an assemblage totaling 10 parcels and over nine acres of land for development. The landmark building was the Methodist Church constructed in 1880, which was repurposed over the past 50 years as the historic Village Bookshop located directly on Dublin Granville Rd. The bookshop is currently being renovated and will serve a central amenity space for the mixed-use development. The development of over 135 multifamily units, the renovation of three existing single-family homes and historic barn. The company is currently working through the zoning process with the city of Columbus. One of the unique and special attributes of the property is three-acre nature preserve, including the constantly flowing Linworth Run stream, that is located at the north end of the project site that will serve as an outstanding amenity.
