Since 1975, Kevin M. Showe has been involved as a principal and officer of National Housing Corporation, a closely-held, three-generation family business. National Housing Corporation is a vertically-integrated company involved in the development, construction, management and investment of real estate throughout the mainland United States and Hawaii. Kevin Showe is President of National Housing Corporation of Hawaii, Inc. He is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University, where he majored in English and Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and Ohio and a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor. He has served as a board member and President of the Columbus Apartment Association and on the board of directors of the Ohio Apartment Association.
National Housing Corporation and its affiliates have been active in student, market-rate, elderly, developmentally-disabled, subsidized and low-income tax credit rental housing projects. They have developed, constructed, owned and managed over 7,000 rental housing units.
In addition to the background in rental housing, National Housing Corporation has invested in offices, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, marinas, automobile dealerships, resorts, retail, condominiums, farms and residential subdivisions. New England Development LLC and New England Construction LLC are affiliates operating in the development, investment, and construction of projects located in Central Ohio.
