New England Development Company is a boutique, family-owned real estate investment, development, construction, and management firm.

We are currently involved in mixed-use, commercial, residential and hospitality projects in Ohio, but the principals have extensive experience in other markets including Hawaii, Texas and Florida. The firm has two affiliated businesses, New England Construction, which manages construction of its projects, and New England Realty, which is responsible for sales, leasing and property management.
